Immigrate

Cities and villages filled with gold-hearted people.

Jobs as diverse as fulfilling. The closeness of nature, wherever you are. A healthy and safe environment for your family. An incredible lifestyle.

The Bas-Saint-Laurent region has it all!

Around 2,500 immigrant people live in our region. They represent nearly forty cultural communities. These people from all backgrounds shape the rich cultural and social diversity of our region.

And such richness is something to celebrate! Each year, the region gets together and offers activities as part of the Intercultural Encounters Week and Black History Month. Follow the Facebook page Immigration Bas-Saint-Laurent (in French) to be informed of intercultural activities offered throughout the region.
